A Potential-Unfolding Initiative for the City of Eberswalde

ETV (Eberswalde Tele Vision) is a concept for an internet-independent media platform dedicated to the cultural sphere of Eberswalde — analog, local, and human.
It seeks to cultivate dialogue and awaken potential in a time when both are increasingly lost in the noise of digital acceleration.

It is no longer five to twelve — it is already ten past.
Awareness alone is no longer enough.
In the face of relentless digital progress, fear has become our common denominator:
fear of losing control, fear of diverging, fear of daring — and of shaping the future.

Social media has condemned us to constant comparison and judgment —
a cycle of overstimulation that erodes self-confidence and dulls human connection.
We remain glued to our screens, cocooned within algorithmic filter bubbles,
driven by a quiet obsession with control.

ETV proposes an alternative:
to reclaim media as a shared physical space,
to foster genuine exchange,
and to rediscover what it means to create together — offline, and in real time.
